調査会社の帝国データバンクによると、2026年8月に値上げされる飲食料品は2311品目です。去年の8月より8割ほど多く、値上げの幅は平均で15パーセントです。いちばん多いのは、ハムやカップめん、かんづめなどの加工食品で、1419品目あります。次に調味料が589品目、ごまや小麦粉などの原材料が276品目です。原材料や物流の費用が上がったことが理由です。9月はさらに多く、4531品目になる見込みです。買い物では、特売日やまとめ買いを上手に使いましょう。
