国民生活センターは8月5日、「訪日観光客消費者ホットライン」の2025年度の相談について発表しました。相談は698件で、今までで一番多くなりました。2023年度は305件、2024年度は513件でしたから、毎年増えています。相談の内容は、買った物が壊れていた、飲食店で高いお金を取られた、予約と違う部屋に案内された、などです。この電話は、英語、中国語、韓国語、タイ語、ベトナム語、フランス語、日本語の7つの言葉で使えます。番号は03-5449-0906で、平日の午前10時から昼12時までと、午後1時から4時までです。相談員は、自分でお店と話すためのアドバイスをしてくれます。日本に住んでいる人は、188に電話すると、近くの相談の窓口を教えてもらえます。
