十月一日から、パートやアルバイトの社会保険の決まりが変わります。今までは、一か月の給料が八万八千円以上でなければ、健康保険や厚生年金に入ることができませんでした。一年では約百六万円になるので、「百六万円の壁」と呼ばれていました。十月からは、この給料の条件がなくなります。これから対象になるのは、一週間に働く時間が二十時間以上で、二か月より長く働く予定があり、学生ではない人です。会社の大きさの条件もあります。今は社員が五十一人以上の会社が対象ですが、二〇二七年から少しずつ小さい会社にも広がります。保険料は会社と半分ずつ払うので、手取りは少し減りますが、将来の年金は増えます。自分の働き方を会社に確認しておきましょう。
