10月1日から、パートタイムや契約社員に関するルールが変わります。会社は人を雇うとき、労働条件を文書などで示さなければなりません。10月からは、その中に「正社員との待遇の違いについて説明を求めることができる」という項目が加わります。待遇とは、給料やボーナス、手当、休みなどのことです。働く人が説明を求めたら、会社は答える義務があります。また、説明を求めたことを理由に、不利な扱いをしてはいけません。厚生労働省は、会社に準備を呼びかけています。
