外国から日本へ来る旅行者の免税制度が、11月1日から新しくなります。今までは、お店で税金のない値段で買っていましたが、これからは、お店で税込みの値段をはらいます。そして、日本を出るときに、消費税の分のお金が返ってきます。同じお店で、その日に税ぬきで5000円以上買うことが条件です。買った日から90日以内に日本を出なければなりません。空港では、チェックインの前に、国際線の出発ロビーにある税関の機械でパスポートを見せて、確認を受けます。買った物はスーツケースにあずけないで、自分で持っていてください。返金は、お店か、決められた会社から受け取ります。
