1 min read寒い季節は、お風呂で倒れる事故が増えます。原因の一つは「ヒートショック」です。暖かい部屋から寒い脱衣所に行って、それから熱いお湯に入ると、血圧が急に上がったり下がったりします。お年寄りは特に気をつけてください。入る前に脱衣所とお風呂場を暖めて、お湯は四十一度以下、十分までにしましょう。お湯から出るときは、ゆっくり立ってください。家族に「お風呂に入るね」と言ってから入ると安心です。
